How the Massachusetts Promise Fellowship Uses the AmeriCorps Impact Suite for Timesheets, Performance Measurement, and More

The Massachusetts Promise Fellowship at Northeastern University believes that all young people have a right to the resources they need to be successful in life, including a caring adult, a safe place, a healthy start, an effective education, and an opportunity to serve.  The AmeriCorps program delivers these five promises to youth by training emerging leaders who commit one year of service to support and provide these needed resources to youth.

Every year, 40 AmeriCorps Promise Fellows serve at non-profit organizations, city agencies, and schools across the Commonwealth to lead out-of-school time programming for youth in grades 6-12 focused on mentoring, academic enrichment, and college and career exploration.

The prorgram has used the AmeriCorps Impact Suite for years — not only making timesheet compliance a non-issue, but also simplifying member files and impact tracking so that so much more more time can be spent driving impact across the Commonwealth.

Here’s a video from Alysé Bigger — the program’s manager — sharing the reasons the program continues to invest in the Impact Suite year after year.
