Illinois Bar Foundation + America Learns (Video)

The Illinois Bar Foundation’s AmeriCorps program — Illinois JusticeCorps — has been using the AmeriCorps Impact Suite’s timesheet module since Illinois’ service commission stopped working with its statewide AmeriCorps compliance and reporting vendor.

Illinois JusticeCorps places college and law student volunteers in courthouses to help people without lawyers navigate the judicial system.  Originally established as a pilot program in Cook and McLean Counties by The Chicago Bar Foundation and the Illinois Supreme Court Commission on Access to Justice, JusticeCorps has proven to be a valuable program to help unrepresented litigants obtain the assistance they need to address vital civil legal problems.

Stacey Weiler, Illinois JusticeCorps’ director, just created this video to share the reasons she invests in the AmeriCorps Impact Suite for her program year after year.
