What an honor to share that we’re now serving every Maryland AmeriCorps program and the state’s service commission!
In an effort to make AmeriCorps grant compliance far simpler for AmeriCorps members, AmeriCorps program staff, and service commission program officers, all Maryland programs are now using the Impact Suite to streamline member onboarding, member files, supervisor files, host site files, and… timesheets. Programs using these aspects of the platform allows for major efficiencies when commission staff and federal auditors need to review timesheets and/or files.
Some of the features programs will be taking advantage of:
- The only AmeriCorps-first timesheet platform with a mobile app (and not just with a mobile app, but with an app that’s designed for ALL AmeriCorps members, not just some or most).
- A platform that is friendly for members who use alternate ways to navigate apps and web services, whether members are using a screen reader or a mouth stylus.
- A platform that doesn’t just allow for e-mail and text messages to be sent, but allows for reminders to be scheduled to targeted groups of members so staff can focus on programming, not admin and compliance.
- A platform that includes high-touch customer service, with each program having a dedicated Client Success Manager and the ability to call or e-mail with questions at nearly any time of day.
- A platform that is constantly evolving and getting better, building on 20 years of serving AmeriCorps.
