The Palouse-Clearwater Environmental Institute works across Idaho and the greater Palouse region to foster healthy communities through environmental education and sustainable living initiatives.
For years, PCEI’s AmeriCorps program has used America Learns to manage timesheets and member files through the support of Serve Idaho.
But having to jump between different systems for different parts of the AmeriCorps experience can slow everyone down.
PCEI wanted a simpler way to run the full program in one place.
They’re now adopting the Impact Tracking module of the Impact Suite to bring everything together.
The team is especially excited to:
- Collect the exact data they need from members based on each person’s service role.
- Tie timesheets directly to impact and performance measure reporting so submissions stay on track and nothing gets missed.
