The Resilience Reset: Figuring It Out Together

The Resilience Reset: Figuring It Out Together

Join us Tuesday, September 30th 1-2pm ET for this online event. This session is designed to equip you with practical strategies, expert advice, and a supportive community as you work to rebuild stability in your programs. Times are tough. So are you.

You didn’t step into this work because it was easy. You did it because you saw people being left behind, and you decided to do something about it. Now funding is being cut. Systems are failing. And you’re still here.

You don’t have to figure this out alone.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • Making an impact assessment. Write down everything that’s happened, and what’s been affected (physical, logistical, psychological).
  • Avoiding the Spiral. Agree that it happened, and it is not your fault.
  • Appointing a Burnout Monitor. Brainstorm ways to get things off your plate, take care of yourself, and hear the compassionate truth.
  • Recognizing Your Hidden Needs. Prioritize laughter, movement, and moments of joy.
  • Coaching interventions: Secure new funding, re-energize your board, and pivot with confidence.

And, of course, great organizations pivot. We’ll discuss coaching interventions to secure new funding sources and reinvigorate your board.
