We’re so excited to begin working with Denver Human Services’ AmeriCorps program, Community Building Partnering for Youth in Transition!
CBPYT engages AmeriCorps members to mentor youth who are currently transitioning out of foster care, homelessness, and other systems of care. The program’s mentors work out of community agencies across the Front Range, where they serve for about 38 hours weekly.
The program will be using the AmeriCorps Impact Suite to enhance its data collection/use efforts while arming its AmeriCorps members with the data and support they need to provide even better services. The program will also be taking advantage of our new, next generation youth/beneficiary tracking system.
