4,000 Jumpstart Corps Members are Joining the America Learns Community

This summer, 4,000 Jumpstart Corps Members will be joining the America Learns community. Jumpstart, one of the nation’s premier early childhood education and national service organizations, employs a research-based, cost-effective program that develops children’s language and literacy skills across eight states.

After piloting our AmeriCorps-compliant timesheet service in 2012-13, the organization has decided to invest in the service for 4,000 of its AmeriCorps and non-AmeriCorps Corps Members.

This relationship is especially exciting for us as both Jumpstart and our organization have shared roots —  both organizations received early-stage funding from Echoing Green.
