Created with the national service community, Finish Line is our new answer to one of the most persistent pain points in AmeriCorps timekeeping.
As soon as a member logs into the mobile app or web platform, they’ll be able to see whether they are:
- behind on hours
- on track
- ahead of pace
And if they are behind, Finish Line will tell them what they need to do to catch up.
Not in vague terms. In practical ones.
They’ll be able to see:
- what they need to do each day
- what they need to do each week
- what they’ve actually been averaging
- the gap between where they are and where they need to be
That means fewer surprises.
Fewer awkward check-ins.
Fewer manual calculations.
More clarity for everyone.
Built for the real world of AmeriCorps service
Here’s the part we’re especially proud of:
Finish Line is 100% accurate.
Not “close enough.”
Not “accurate-ish.”
Accurate.
And that took time.
In fact, it took us three years to build.
Why? Because AmeriCorps programs are not all the same. The way one program thinks about pacing, service terms, schedules, and member progress may look very different from another. And even within the same program, individual members may have circumstances that change how progress should be understood.

So instead of building a simplistic tracker, we built a system that respects:
