On March 3rd at 9 AM Pacific, we’re bringing back Do Good Be Good to lead a workshop just for AmeriCorps members on the much-needed process of breaking up with burnout and staying grounded among the constant change that comes with being human.
Whether you’ve been casually acquainted in the past or you’re currently flirting with burnout, there’s something for you in this session. We’ll explore the connection between stress and burnout, invite you to confidentially define the relationship you have with each, and swipe left on stress, essentially kicking the risk of burnout to the curb.
Through this workship, you’ll:
- Understand stress, burnout and the connection between the two.
- Recognize warning signs in your own occupational life.
- Identify and apply healthy coping skills to prevent stress and avoid burnout.
If you’re an AmeriCorps member currently serving in an organization that uses the Impact Suite, the workshop is totall free for you! Just let your supervisor know you’d like to attend and you’ll get in.
