From Zoom to Dallas: Join Our Prep Rally Connection Series!

Are you heading to the National Service Training (NST) in Dallas this April? While we are all thrilled to be together with our AmeriCorps family, we know that large conferences can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming.

That’s why we’re hosting Prep Rally: A Connection Series, a three-part virtual “reunion” designed to help us skip the awkward small talk and arrive in Dallas with a community of familiar faces already by our side.

What is a Prep Rally?

Simple by design, these rallies are a chance to meet other America Learns community members ahead of time. Whether you are energized by big gatherings or prefer to ease into them quietly, these sessions are built to help you feel welcomed, connected, and ready for what we’ll build together in Texas.

The Lineup:

We’ve planned three unique sessions to help us bond before we even pack our bags:

  1. Rally #1: The “Human Behind the Screen” (Thursday, March 19th @ 2PM ET)
    • The Goal: Break the “professional” veneer. We’ll learn about each other’s histories and lives outside of work through fun connection polls and a 90s pop playlist.
  2. Rally #2: The “Common Ground” Quest (Thursday, March 26th @ 2PM ET)
    • The Goal: Find the invisible threads that connect us. From quirky food debates (does pineapple belong on pizza?) to “Commonality Bingo,” we’ll discover the unexpected interests we share across the service community.
  3. Rally #3: Manifesting Dallas (Tuesday, April 7th @ 2PM ET)
    • The Goal: Set your intentions for NST 2026. We’ll share what we’re most excited to see and do in Dallas and end with a “Virtual Toast” to the goals we plan to manifest during the conference.
