Since 2008, we’ve been leading web-based Action Hours to help leaders of social impact efforts make concrete advances in their operations.  More than a webinar, each Action Hour creates a safe place for leaders to assess and strengthen a core component of their internal systems, processes, or practices.

This season’s Action Hours will cover two topics:

1) Making sure your organization invests in the absolute best technologies; and

2) Making sure your operations around training, supporting, monitoring, and communicating with your people on the ground (volunteers, AmeriCorps members, etc.) are spot-on.
