After numerous trials, the following is what’s working best for programs nationwide:
– Add two subcategories under Service:
– Case Investigation
– Direct Patient Interactions
– Add two subcategories under Training:
– In-person training
– Virtual training*
*Require members to document the provider and topics of all virtual trainings.
