We’re grateful for the opportunity to being working with the Academy for Urban School Leadership’s Chicago Teacher Residency program.
AUSL is a school management organization that works tirelessly to deliver on the promise that all students have access to an excellent education, right in their own neighborhoods. The organization’s 70 AmeriCorps members serve as teacher residents across 31 schools, with the ultimate goal of dramatically improving student achievement in high-poverty neighborhoods in Chicago. Each resident is assigned a mentor to help guide them through their residency year.
