We’re thrilled to announce that the Kansas Volunteer Commission has adopted the AmeriCorps Impact Suite as its platform to make AmeriCorps compliance easy for commission staff and subgrantees. The Commission is making this move after using another platform for six years.
Specifically, the Commission is using the AmeriCorps Impact Suite to:
– Make AmeriCorps financial reporting and AmeriCorps financial monitoring a breeze for commission and AmeriCorps program staff;
– Make AmeriCorps member enrollment far simpler via our new electronic document signing system for member enrollment and performance evaluations.
– Make progress reports simpler by putting the entire report on a single page for programs — no more hopping around from tab to tab, and page to page.
– Make AmeriCorps timesheets a breeze for programs while making making it far easier for the Commission to monitor timesheet hours — especially when it comes to reimbursing fixed grantees.
