Crim Fitness Foundation, a nonprofit organization in Michigan that provides fitness and wellness programs to underserved communities, has adopted the Impact Suite platform to streamline its AmeriCorps VISTA programming.
Prior to adopting America Learns’ SaaS Impact Suite, Crim was using a combination of spreadsheets and clunky web-based systems to manage VISTA HR records, handle timesheets, and track/make use of impact data. With a small number of staff leading the organization’s national service efforts, this made it difficult to manage programming effectively and to track the impact of VISTA volunteers’ work.
With the Impact Suite, Crim now has a single platform for managing all aspects of its VISTA program. This includes, VISTA enrollment files and performance reviews, timesheets that comply with guidance from the federal AmeriCorps agency, and simply collecting all programmatic operations- and impact-focused data (including donations, volunteer details, and work with partners in the community).
