Google Sheets vs. the Impact Suite for AmeriCorps Timesheets at Mission: St. Louis

Mission: St. Louis serves as an umbrella agency with the federal AmeriCorps agency, streamlining the application process for VISTAs seeking to develop lasting solutions to the problems of poverty across Missouri.  Instead of managing an entire federal grant, Mission: St. Louis host sites are provided with technical assistance to manage their projects and benefit from a streamlined reporting process.

After finding that using Google Sheets to track VISTAs’ hours was distracting key staff from mission-focused efforts, the organization adopted the Impact Suite’s timesheet module for its VISTA program.
