From Juggling Multiple Spreadsheets & Other Files to a One-Stop-Shop: An AmeriCorps Tale from Delaware

Born out of Teach For America, Delaware-based SummerCollab empowers community-based agencies to execute high quality summer learning programs via its Summer Literacy Corps.  Through intentional interviewing, quality training and precise placement, AmeriCorps members are equipped to work with partner sites to bring more choices and more chances to children during the summer months.

SummerCollab has been using the Impact Suite for two years, taking advantage of all of the platform’s modules, including timesheets, member files, client management, impact tracking, communications, and the community of practice.  Just today, SummerCollab’s program director — Alexis Elkins — created the following video to help organizations evaluating the Impact Suite understand what life is like with us long after implementation — and long after you’ve done away with your Google Sheets, Excel files, paper forms, and the like.  Alexis is about to take you through implementation, ongoing support, and everything in between.  We hope this is helpful to you!
